Essentials, Advanced, and Premium show starting prices for 100 tracked items, while Custom Enterprise is quote-based for larger or more complex operations. CMMS pricing is handled separately by the number of admin users, depending on the maintenance workflows your team needs.

EZO offers four plans: Essentials, Advanced, Premium, and Custom Enterprise. Essentials is built for small teams, with all the basics to start tracking assets; Advanced supports multi-team operations; Premium adds workflows that help you streamline equipment movement; and Custom Enterprise is designed for large-scale equipment operations with custom workflow needs.

No. The listed Essentials, Advanced, and Premium plans include unlimited users, subject to EZO’s fair usage policy. This makes EZO a strong fit for organizations that need many employees, managers, technicians, or requesters to access the system without paying for every individual user. CMMS add-on is also charged on admin users only. Other roles are free.

Advanced is a better fit when teams need more control across departments, locations, and workflows. It adds custom fields and reports, team-based access controls, purchase orders, audits, scanner support, RFID support, custody audits, custody transfers, and stock transfers.

Premium adds more operational depth for teams that need request handling, multi-tier approvals, automation, integrations, smart dispatch, utilization insights, ROI visibility, and AI-powered features. It is recommended for teams that manage faster moving assets, frequent requests, projects or more complex equipment workflows.

Custom Enterprise includes Premium capabilities plus unlimited stock units, offline mode for mobile app, dispatch, telematics and usage intelligence, enterprise-grade CMMS capabilities, private cloud options, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager. It is designed for large or specialized teams that need a tailored setup.

EZO plans include different stock-unit limits for inventory and stock tracking. Essentials includes up to 5,000 stock units; Advanced includes up to 15,000; Premium includes up to 30,000. This means one line item of bulk items is capped by that many units. If you exceed the cap, the rest get added as a separate line item.

Basic service records are available from Advanced onward, but full CMMS capabilities, such as preventive maintenance, work orders, technician management, AI-powered checklists, and work order automations, are available through CMMS packaging or Custom Enterprise. CMMS is priced separately by the admin user.
